Love love loved Josh & Jocelyn’s wedding, how intimate it was, their neutral colors & decor, everything was just so gorgeous! I also loved snapping candid shots of their adorable little daughter, Addison, throughout the day. I think the highlight of the entire day though was Josh’s reaction as he saw his bride for the first time walking down the aisle, the tears were flowing!Read More
I arrived at the adorable yellow Everett family farm house about mid afternoon on Sally & Griffin’s wedding day.
In the kitchen (the super cute, retro kitchen that is) were some of her bridesmaids and helpers for the day putting together flower bouquets made of pink roses & baby’s breath, it already looked like it had been a very busy morning!Read More
Taylor & Alaina’s wedding day was a beautiful, classy, black & white affair with some purple accent colors. Alaina wore a stunning white gown that completely flattered her shape, it had beautiful beaded detail on the back while looking more simple and classic from the front. Her girls looked great in their formal black dresses right next to her!Read More
During the dinner speeches at Sara & Austin’s reception, Sara’s older sister, Dana, mentioned that while they were all getting ready that morning, Sara excitedly exclaimed “I just love Austin SO much!” If you know Sara even just a little bit, you can totally hear her saying this and it’s the cutest thing ever!
Even after 5 years of dating, Sara still gets butterflies and giggles for Austin like a little girl who has a crush! She’s the most adorable thing ever and beyond sweet.Read More
What a beautiful “sweet” day for Mr. & Mrs. Sweet!
There were so many unique parts about Braden & Karla’s day. To name off just a few, Braden gave Karla’s daughter, Alexia, a ring of her own as well as stated some vows to her during the ceremony and announced she would also be becoming a Sweet. Alexia was also apart of Braden & Karla’s sand ceremony, where they each poured a cup of sand into a jar symbolizing the combining into one family. What a special illustration of them all becoming one!Read More
Arriving at the venue everything looked exactly as Monique had described it would. An urban venue in the West loop of Chicago, lots of beautiful exposed brick, oversized industrial windows that let in so much beautiful natural light and a rooftop terrace, ample greenery and florals, lit candles and a beautiful naked 3 tier cake. I could go on and on how beautiful everything turned out, her vision for this day truly came to life.Read More

There were so many emotional moments throughout Allie & Austin’s wedding day. From the time they read each others letters that they had written to each other, to Allie’s first look with her father, during their prayer together before the ceremony began, while Allie walked down the aisle, multiple times during the ceremony and of course when Austin sang Allie a song with his guitar at the reception.Read More
Michael & Jordyn’s day began at BLoved Salon just around the corner from the Washington Square, in Washington, Illinois. As I entered the salon, the girls were there drinking mimosas and having muffins and pie for breakfast. That’s right, PIE! For their wedding day morning breakfast! I loved it. The reason for this was because Michael wanted to do something sweet for Jordyn the morning of the wedding, and well, he knew Jordyn did love pie! So why not have some delivered to the salon that morning?!Read More
